Each sensor is individually calibrated on specially designed calibration benches and tested under various operating conditions, including the most extreme, ensuring maximum precision and reliability over time.
BENCH AND ROAD TESTING
Tests conducted on test benches, on the road, and dynamic simulations using HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) technology allow for the creation of sensors and related software equivalent to original O.E. spare parts.
CERTIFIED METROLOGICAL CHECKS
Each sensor undergoes dimensional and instrumental checks within EXO’s Quality Control (CQ) laboratory to ensure compliance with project specifications and technical drawings.
