Behind every OP product there is the guarantee of quality certified by the IATF 16949:2016 standard, which certifies compliance with the technical specifications and production standards provided by the manufacturer and complies with EU Directive n°461/2010, which defines the parameters of spare parts of equivalent quality to the original. Safety spare parts, such as brake components, are approved according to the European regulation ECE R-90 (UNECE Regulation No 90) for UNECE No 13 or UNECE No 13- H, AMECA and REACH approved vehicles. All company processes comply with the TUV EN ISO 9001:2015 certification standards, guaranteeing the reliability of services and products. Furthermore, the production sources operate in compliance with the international standards set by ISO 14001:2015 which establishes a production system that respects the environment.

OP spare parts are rigorously tested to ensure high levels of safety and quality, on which we do not compromise. During production, qualitative tests are carried out to check processing and assembly tolerances on 100% of the production line. Additionally, further qualitative tests for strength and durability are performed on the finished product, both on the test bench and on the road. Incoming products are subject to random checks at the innovative metrology laboratory, located within the central OP warehouse.
