ENDURANCE TEST EQUIVALENT TO 100.000 KM:
the test are performed on a roller stand for 1,000 hours non-stop, with the coolant in an extreme boiling state at 110°C, and continuous cycles from 2,000 to 6,000 rpm.
EXTREME TIGHTNESS TEST
The test follows the same procedure as the endurance test with the addition of 10 grams of micro sand particles to simulate the impurities (limescale) that can form in the cooling circuit. This test puts the seal rings to the test.

OP water pumps are predominantly made of aluminium alloy and high-precision computer numerical control (CNC) machining to ensure OE reliability. The use of highly resistant materials (body, shaft, bearings, etc.) and the mechanical seal reinforced with silicon carbide and hard carbon rings guarantee a long service life and resistance to thermal shock.
REINFORCED BEARINGS
