SPECIAL TREATMENTS
CASE-HARDENING
Heat-chemical hardening treatment is performed internally on components, such as the core, ball seats, and entire shaft, by absorbing carbon at high temperatures. The treatment significantly increases the strength of the components, extending the overall durability of the joint and improving the performance of the transmission of the vehicle.

SHOT-BLASTING
Treatment using a high-speed jet of abrasive metal balls against the outer surface of the joint. This process removes oxides, machining residues and other impurities from the surface of the materials to ensure proper seating and improved fatigue strength.
