The internal and external CNC machining ensures a precise fit with the brake shoes, for stable and reliable braking. Also available with integrated bearing and ABS sensor, to speed up installation and reduce workshop time.
HIGH PRECISION BALANCING
The precise balancing of the components ensures casting at temperatures above 1300°C and resistance to breakage, eliminating vibrations or pulsations felt through the brake pedal or steering wheel during braking (judder effect). The high-precision machining of the brake drums is essential to ensure compliance with tolerances for optimal DTV (Disc Thickness Variation) and Run Out, guaranteeing maximum flatness, which is achieved through extra-fine CNC turning. After machining, OP brake drums undergo a dynamic balancing process to achieve perfect balance, ensuring the elimination of unwanted vibrations and ensuring smooth and quiet operation of the braking system.
